2. NZ Consumer Law & Supplement Safety

- Consumer Guarantees Act: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) or Fair Trading Act.

- Health & Safety: You agree to always read product labels, warnings, and directions before consuming any supplements. If you experience adverse reactions, you must stop use immediately and consult a medical professional.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Availability

- All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping and Returns

- Delivery: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

- Returns: Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or unsealed supplements, vitamins, and beauty products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Healthverse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site, or from reliance on information published in our blog posts.
