Crampeze Night Cramps contains 302mg Magnesium (elemental) per daily dose of 2 capsules twice a day. It is ideal for 50+ men and women for long term use and maintenance. Crampeze Night Cramps is designed for long term use to combat and relieve muscular cramps. Available in an easy to swallow capsule format. 

• Homeopathic Copper: Homoeopathic Copper has been traditionally used for the relief of muscle cramps, cramp-like pains, tired legs, restlessness and spasm during sleep
• Magnesium (elemental):Magnesium has many functions; it can assist with carbohydrate and lipid metabolism as well as be involved with energy production. Furthermore, Magnesium can help to maintain normal muscle function in the body.
• Ginkgo Biloba: Assists in protecting and maintaining the capillary health. 

Directions: Take 2 capsules twice daily with water for first 4 weeks. Thereafter dosage may be reduced if desired to 1 capsule twice daily for general Magnesium and Vitamin B6 supplementation. Dosage to be taken in the morning and 30 minutes before retiring at night.
